• All orders ship from fulfillment centers in the United States within 48 hours.
• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days, tracked.
• Shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $50.

Returns and refunds

• 30-day first-order guarantee: if you are not happy with your first order of any product, email hello@halewell.us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it. No return shipment needed for opened supplements.
• Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Digital programs are refundable within 14 days if you have not completed more than week one.
